so go a head and try this diet and flaunt yourself.

Start your day with neem patta have 10 to 20 neem patta with warm water

After 45 mints have 4 almonds and 4 walnuts

Breakfast for PCOD patients:- Almond milk, almond milk smoothies, cold coffee

Breakfast for non PCOD (Normal person) Milk, smoothies with normal milk with nuts

LUNCH:- Veg salad on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
:- Fruit salad:- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

DINNER:- Egg white two with tomato or onion salad, or papaya, or pineapples.
